Your Satisfaction Matters!

If you're not happy with a product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

What you need to know:

1- Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

2- We’ll process your return or exchange within 3 to 5 working days.

3- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

4- If you want to exchange a product, you’ll need to pay for the new delivery.

5-Orders above Rs.5,000 are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

6- If your product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll take care of all return/exchange delivery charges
