Your Satisfaction Matters:

At OUD AL FARIS, we take pride in delivering premium attars. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Policy Guidelines:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

• All requests are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• For exchanges, customers are required to pay the new delivery fee.

• Orders above Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover all return/exchange delivery costs.
